Inflammation is your body’s process of fighting against things that harm it, like infections, injuries, and toxins, in an attempt to heal itself. It can hinder and prolong any form of recovery. Chronic, systemic inflammation is the type of inflammation that lingers on in the body and may damage your cells, tissues, and organs. It can play a role in numerous health conditions from cardiovascular disease to diabetes, cancers, and even osteoporosis. Luckily, there are things you can do to mitigate it!
This program is for anyone who suspects they may have chronic or acute inflammation and especially great for those pre-op, post-op, or recovering from an injury. In this program we will address the signs and possible causes of your inflammation and focus on the specific steps you can take to manage your inflammation optimally through diet and lifestyle changes.
