3.  Initial Consultation – (Zoom or In-person) – Meet your Pro coach, discuss history, goals, and start to develop your program
4. Wellness Management Plan – Your coach will email you your complete plan!

This initial process is completely free with your Pro Coach! We also believe in price transparency! Your Wellness Management Plan will include links to all your recommended services to view the cost of each.
